Everything is Figureoutable

Over the past year, I have journaled on and off and every time I come back to it, I feel better.  I have tried different types of journaling from gratitude to using prompts to stream of consciousness and each one has had different benefits.

That being said, I found that each time I restart, the use of prompts has been super helpful. 

 

2020 was a year of thinking about what is important, and, for me, spending time on introspection has been key. This is something I intend to bring with me into the new year!
